Substitutions of flowers or packaging may be made where necessary, while maintaining the overall style, quality, and value of the arrangement.

5. Delivery
Delivery is available across London boroughs.
Delivery times are arranged in advance or selected at checkout, where applicable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the order in a safe place or attempt redelivery, which may incur an additional fee.

Orders may be cancelled or amended up to a reasonable cut-off time prior to delivery or preparation.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations made after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a refund.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, a replacement or partial refund may be offered.

Customers are expected to follow the provided floral care instructions to ensure longevity of the arrangement. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper handling or environmental conditions.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
