How it works
Customers provide a brief or request, and we source, design, and arrange a suitable floral gift based on availability, seasonality, and budget. We may also coordinate delivery and presentation details on the Customer’s behalf.

Service fee
A service fee of 10% to 20% of the total order value applies to the Gift Concierge service. The exact percentage is confirmed prior to order confirmation and depends on the complexity of the request.
This fee is charged for:
• sourcing and selection of products
• coordination with suppliers
• arrangement and customisation of the order
• administrative and fulfilment coordination

Pricing transparency
The total price, including the service fee, will always be disclosed to the Customer before payment is taken. No additional charges will be applied without prior consent.

Payment terms
Full payment, including the service fee and product costs, is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds and changes
Once sourcing or procurement has begun, the service fee may be non-refundable. Refund eligibility for the product portion of the order is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
