General policy
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or delivery has been attempted.

Refund eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following cases:
• the order was not delivered due to our fault or the delivery provider’s confirmed failure
• the product delivered is significantly damaged or incorrect
• the order does not match the agreed specification

Reporting issues
Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or attempted delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Evidence requirement
We may require photographic evidence or other supporting information to assess any claim regarding damage or incorrect items.

Resolution options
Where a claim is approved, we may offer at our discretion:
• a replacement of the product, or
• a partial or full refund.

Non-refundable cases
Refunds will not be issued where:
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided by the Customer
• the recipient was unavailable at the agreed delivery time
• flowers deteriorated after successful delivery or attempted delivery
• dissatisfaction is based on subjective preference (e.g. colour variation within natural limits)

Where delivery is carried out by a third-party provider, claims relating to delivery failure or damage may be subject to their investigation processes.
